The staff were lovely and pleasant.
Dinner timings and options were limited.
We were signature level and would have expected options for sea view, but those seemed to only be for the main building

「Das Hotel war sehr sauber und angenehm. Der Service war wirklich ausgezeichnet, besonders das Personal hier – alle sind sehr professionell, hilfsbereit und freundlich. 「Ontzettend teleurstellend. Op het eerste gezicht lijkt alles mooi en luxe, maar zodra we onze hotelkamer binnenkwamen, bleek de werkelijkheid totaal anders te zijn.
Er was veel kapot in de kamer: het gordijn hing los, de ophanghaakjes waren kapot, de toiletrolhouder zat los en de algemene staat van de kamer was slecht onderhouden. De douche was echt vies en er zat schimmel in, wat absoluut niet acceptabel is voor een wellnesshotel. Ook was de douchekop stuk; deze lekte aardig.
