"Very hard to find the registration area, no signs anywhere. Small registration desk and huge line. Room was not too bad nice bed. Floor was very dirty, not sure they have ever mopped. Pool area very below average. Casino was full of smoke. Much better places to stay in town."

"Check in was so easy. Extra pillows provided. Love the fridge in the room - on a road trip so this was super useful. Bathroom was spacious - with toiletries and plenty of towels. Like the hooks on the walls - so many hotels do not put hooks on walls for jackets, bags etc. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had various options. I made use of the gym which I had to myself. Love the water filling station."

"My reservation was for 2 people, we both checked in at the front desk; second key was not offered, I had to ask for one. There was only one set of towels for both of us, and 1 of the bath towels was dirty/stained. Fortunately I packed my own bath towel. No TV remote; when I reported it to the gront desk, I was told that they were too booked to get me a spare from another room, and was told to download the remote app and use my phone as the remote. Wasn't told which of the 3 wifi connections to use. I figured it out by trial and error. Once i got connected and found my TV, the connection was too weak/slow to use the TV. Bottom of tub was dirty. Floor was so dirty that the soles of my feet were the color of charcoal. (See the washcloth I used to clean my feet.) No ice. Positives: microwave in room. Bedframe had rounded corners which saved my shins. Eve n ing front desk clerk was very nice even though it was busy. "
