"We had a wonderful stay! The setting of the property, amongst those green Basque Country hills, is gorgeous and the building itself has an air of old world charm. The owner and his son were very welcoming and accommodating, we loved interacting with them. We stayed in one of the studios on the second floor, breakfast on the balcony was perfect. "As we was staying the night on our way to st malo we used ibis as a stop off hotel we found the hotel clean and staff very helpful. Breakfast was good loads to choose from and cheap rooms well maintained and clean"

"It was a nice hotel and good value except the charge for the dog was EUR 60 for 3 nights which seemed quite a bit. We were in a dog room which was ok but no view but think the normal rooms are nicer and have views. The receptionist was really nice."

"Plenty of free parking. The room was a good size, clean and well appointed. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food and drink. The reception staff were excellent. We got to know them really well as we were staying for a week. There was a cafe / restaurant immediately opposite and reasonably priced. The hotel was named Vitoria but the town itself was a 12 / 15 minute drive away."

"We landed at this hotel after our VRBO fell out (confirmed reservation from VRBO, host said they rejected as full so we had to scramble). Very clean and well appointed. Price was a bit high due to the eclipse but VRBO covered the difference so it didnt matter much to us. The one challenge is that you'll def need wifi or phone service to check in (my french service wasnt cooperating). Great location and beautiful old building. Recommended!"
