「This hotel is excellent, we really enjoyed our time here…very comfortable beds and great amenities Improvements that could be made - heat the spa pool…it’s freezing The coffee isn’t great at breakfast and only 2 of the 7 days was our order taken correctly. A minor detail however did stick out. The rest was great」

Le faite que l’hôtel sois situé sur une route tres passante cela ne nous a pas déranger. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel si je reviens à Ayia Napa !」

「Good location in the old town, up the hill. Lovely look out point within walking distance of the hotel. Parking was much better than most in city hotels. Comfortable bed.」

「Napa Jay is unfortunenaly not made for families, beginning with the check-in there was no room for corrections. We traveled as three people including a little baby, we arrived and the room was prepared with three single beds. In the evening there was then no possibilty to change that. At the next morning the Miss on the reception offered then to change, that was very kind. But we changed the hotel after two days because the vibe and the condition of the hotel is not good anymore.
