A fabulous stay at Zoi

The Zoi apartments are clean and comfortable, situated centrally within walking distance of the beach and harbour. What sets Zoi apart from other hotels is the amazing service and incredible restaurant. The team are so friendly and helpful and the fantastic menu, particularly the Lebanese menu is top notch, truly delicious, always fresh and a welcome change from the stodgy all-inclusive hotels. Would highly recommend

Super nice place and very well located. Free parking and an awesome Pool. The breakfast has a lot of variety and you can enjoy some typical food. The owners were incredibly nice and helpful. Giving some local Tipps and helping you in anything you need. Always having a welcoming hello and a smile on their faces! The stuff were very nice as well! Thanks and for sure coming again!

Absolutely love this place from the aesthetics to the staff. The owners Bibi & nicholas (not sure i spelt their names right) are just so welcoming & friendly. The whole team from the front of house staff, to the lovely cleaners have gone above and beyond since we have been here. My son fell in love with the Lebanese menu (try the chicken dish, yum!) The chefs really know their flavours! We are well travelled & stayed in many places, Zoi aiya napa really has stood out to us in many ways. Its also close to everything but a tranquil chill feeling away from the hustle & bussle, so a perfect spot for those who want to experience aiya at all ages! We were only suppose to be here for one night & extended it to 7 nights ~ honestly this alone speaks for itself, love this place! If you come here you will love it too <3

Hidden gem in agia napa *

Very good location close to the pubs and restaurants. Staff is willing to help, clean and comfortable place to stay. BrewPub nearby the hotel is a good extra. Liked the rooms ,feeling like in a home. Recommend.

10/10 experience - the most perfect hotel

The stay at Zoì was nothing less than perfect. The staff was kind and helpful and they made sure to be available 24/7. The outdoor area was nice and quiet, while being cozy with music by the pool (however, as we had the suite near the pool, the music started playing a bit too early and was a little disturbing at 9 o’clock in the morning). The rooms are clean, bright and comfortable. I used a sofa cushion as a pillow, as I found the pillows on the bed to be way to firm. The cleaning staff noticed and laid out a soft pillow for me the following day. The attention to detail was amazing. All in all a perfect hotel - I can’t recommend it enough!

Kelvollinen hotelli jos meteli ei haittaa

Aloitetaan siitä, että hotellin henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja hintataso oli halpa, vain 40 euroa yö (ainakin näin off-season, en tiedä mitä maksaisi lomakaudella). Huone oli suhteellisen siisti (jotain pientä pinttynyttä likaa siellä täällä, mutta ei mitään vakavaa ollenkaan) ja sänky jopa yllättävän mukava. Olin täällä kaksi yötä, ja molempina jäi yöunet todella huonoiksi, vaikka kumpanakaan yönä se ei ollut hotellin syytä. Ensimmäisenä yönä naapurihuoneessa alkoi perheriita klo 03, ja lopulta jouduin soittamaan poliisin paikalle kun kukaan koko hotellissa ei saanut siltä huudolta nukuttua. Toisena yönä taas hotellin palohälytin laukesi, henkilökunnan mukaan voimakkaan tuulen takia, aiheettomasti klo 06 ja huusi yhtä soittoa reilun 15min ajan. Tosi huonoa tuuriahan tämä vaan oli, eikä kummastakaan tapauksesta voi syyttää hotellia. Pyysin huonosti nukutun yön takia late checkoutin "muutaman tunnin ylityksellä" määrittelemättä sen tarkemmin, ja se luvattiin viimeisenä iltana, mutta seuraavana päivänä kun kyselin tarkkaa aikaa, sitä myönnettiin vain yksi tunti. Eipä tuo nyt oikeasti haitannut, kiva lisähän se yksikin tunti oli, veloituksetta vieläpä. Hotellin selvästi ainoa todella huono puoli on täydellisen olematon äänieristys. Sisäpihalta (josta huoneisiin käydään) kuuluu aivan jokainen ääni huoneisiin. Korvatulpat ovat pakollinen varuste. Itse en tämän puutteen takia tule toiste täällä yöpymään, koska arvostan hiljaisuutta. Kiitos kuitenkin mukavalle henkilökunnalle!

Formidable acceuil 10/10

Sejour agréable propriétaire des lieux acceuillant serviable et au service de ses clients. Personnels professionnels, bâtiments blanc avec une decoration venu tout droit du liban, origine du manager des lieux. Piscine ouverte jusqu'à tard dans la journée. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés et profiter un maximum. Au centre de Ayia napa, vous etes proches de toutes les commodités. 10/10 si vous n'aimez pas les gros hotels sans personnalité et sans âme.

Sehr persönlich. Die Bierauswahl im Restaurant war hervorragend, 14 verschiedene Kreationen von zwei Hausbrauereien. Mein Favorit das starke Ibngwerbier das sich fast süsslich anmutet.
