"Es war ein sehr schönes Hotel in einer top Lage! Das Hotel steht unter Denkmalschutz, das Gebäude war im Besitz des Bruders von Kaiserin Sissi. Jederzeit wieder! "

"It is a little confusing on how to get to the hotel since it is in restricted car area, but the hotel is conveniently located within a couple of blocks of the main shopping area. Parking is available at an extra charge. There is a great trail right above the hotel. The owners are there to make sure that your stay is enjoyable and served a wonderful breakfast. You can ask for eggs cooked however you want them in addition to the continental breakfast. I highly recommend this beautiful...

"Great stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Beautiful, walkable area. I would stay again! Only downside is Parking is slightly inconvenient as its not on the property but about 1-2 blocks away. If its busy its tricky to park for check in. "

"Wenig Gedanken gemacht das keine Saison ist und alle umliegendenden Restaurant und Geschäfte in Dorf Tirol geschlossen sind. Weihnachtsmarkt in Bozen und Meran besucht. Im Hotel wurde kein Nachtessen angeboten. Leider wurde das in keinen Unterlagen erwähnt. Die Hoteleigene Bar war zwar offen bis 21:00 Uhr. Wollte man etwas konsumieren wurden wir durch die Reception aber auch den Chef verwiesen auf die kleine Minibar im Zimmer. Mit dem Gästepass konnten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Museen...

"The 4 bed family room we booked and had paid didnt exist when we arrived. It was late in the evening an we where offered a double room with an extra bed instead. This even if the sisterhotel next to this (where the check-in was) had an avaliable room for four persons. Very bad stay, the wifi didnt work, the schampoo/shower cream was empty in the room. No compensation offered from the hotel."

"Tudo perfeito! Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já tomei em um hotel. Vista do quarto maravilhosa. Tivemos um episódio desagradável: um funcionário no café da manhã foi muito rude com a gente. Quando chegamos no café, não havia ninguém. Escolhemos uma mesa e quando o funcionário nos viu, foi bem grosseiro dizendo que as mesas eram nominais e que não podíamos sentar em qualquer uma. Não tinha como sabermos dessa informação, pois quando chegamos ao café ninguém foi nos recepcionar."
