I couldn’t figure out how to get the air conditioner to work but thankfully it wasn’t too hot and I left the windows cracked open during the night for cool air. I’m sure it was my user error & wouldn’t count this as a negative for the hotel. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and in a great location. Highly recommend and I’d definitely stay again!

El lugar es marravilloso, el hotel muy bueno, bajando estas enel centro de Merano. El unico problema es que en la descripcion ocultan algo importante: Al costado hay un edificio en construccion, osea que en ese maravilloso jacuzzi que ponen en la foto no tienes intimidad. Tampoco ponen del ruido durante el dia. Solamente una semana antes del viaje mandan un mail pidiendo disculpa por los inconvenientes del ruido, estando el viaje ya muy de antemano programado y pagado. Creo que por las molestias deberian ofrecer una rebaja durante el periodo de construccion Fuera de esto todo bien, la porteria muy amable y el hotel muy bonito y limpio

Sehr schönes Hotel!

Schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und eignet sich optimal als Startpunkt von Spaziergängen. Geparkt wird in der Tiefgarage der Therme. Ich kann das Hotel sehr gerne weiterempfehlen!

Hotel liegt in Fußgängerzone - Anfahrt mit dem Auto erst nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption möglich. Parkhaus dann 200m vom Hotel entfernt. Empfangsbereich spartanisch klein. Zimmer modern und individuell möbliert. Frühstück im netten (öffentlich zugänglichen) Café.

Hotel di charme in pieno centro di Merano. Ci sono e’ stato offerto un upgrade di camera. Camera molto spaziosa con un bagno bellissimo. L’hotel offre un aperitivo in un hotel vicino convenzionato e c’è la possibilità di prendere a prestito 2 bici gentilmente offerte dall’hotel. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca il parcheggio che non è disponibile ma bisogna parcheggiare nel parcheggio sotterraneo che dista 500 m da hotel sotto le Terme di Merano.

Ospitalità e Arte

L'ImperialArt è senza dubbio una struttura bella, con camere confortevoli spaziose e ben arredate, ognuna diversa dall'altra. Si trova nel centro di Merano e nelle vicinanze c'è proprio tutto. Ben servito dai mezzi pubblici che si raggiungono in qualche minuto. La stazione ferroviaria si raggiunge con i mezzi o con una breve passeggiata di 10 minuti. Le terme sono distanti solo 2/3 minuti a piedi. Nella mia tariffa era previsto anche l'accesso giornaliero alle terme e alle saune, inoltre in camera c'era a mia disposizione una borsa contenente un telo, l'accappatoio e delle ciabatte da poter utilizzare per le terme. Un doveroso commento positivo anche al personale che si è dimostrato gentile disponibile e molto professionale. Purtroppo non posso dare una valutazione al servizio colazione perchè uscendo molto presto non ho mai potuto approfittarne. Nell'hotel non c'è il ristorante ma a 100 metri si può mangiare in una birreria con cucina tipica.

Struttura in pieno centro a Merano (appena dentro la zona pedonale) con poche camere ma stratosferiche per quanto riguarda il design e le dimensioni, dotate di ogni comfort (compreso un kit completo per le terme), tutto per sentirsi assolutamente coccolati. Molto disponibili e carine le ragazze della reception. Colazione servita nel bar annesso alla struttura, dove è presente una scelta vastissima di dolce e salato per tutti i gusti. Dovessi tornare a Merano ci tornerò sicuramente, magari in compagnia..
