(체크아웃날 관리회사에서 연락을 주기로 했으나, 일주일이 지나도 연락이 없는 상황입니다.) 하는 수없이 '풀빌라 샤이니 리버'로 갔는데 예약했던 컨디션보다 떨어지는 룸이었고 현관문 열쇠 잠금도 어려울 정도로 노후된 시설에, 에어컨이 고장나서 꺼지지 않았고, 고장님 LED등이며, 욕실 곰팡이며 1박 20만원대라고는 생각할 수 없을 정도의 상태였습니다. 야외 바베큐 기기 세척상태도 그렇고, 그 옆의 의자와 테이블엔 거미줄이 잔뜩 쳐져 있어서 휴지로 닦고 앉는 것조차 힘든 상황이었습니다. "

"자려고 누웠는데 벽등 거미줄에 엉겨붙은 벌레사체, 천장 에어컨에 늘어진 줄먼지에 경악했습니다. 상태 엉망인 더블침대에 덮는 이불을 1인 패드 두 장 개어놓는 숙박업체가 있을까요? 생수 한 병 들어있지 않은 불쾌한 냄새만 나는 냉장고는 소리만 웅장하고 싱크대에서는 하수도 냄새가 올라옵니다. 식탁의자에 앉으려고 의자를 빼는데 밥풀이 눌어붙어 있습니다. 대환장! 돈주고 폐가체험은 여기 호미인문경에서. 숙박업의 본질을 지키지 않고 손님을 받을 수 있는 것인지 의문입니다."
