It is small city with lower population so they don't have any meal service due to lower season. surrounding atmosphere was great and very calm to stay. Especially all staffs are very kind to answer all the questions which I requested them. Thanks the base team

최악의 호텔

입실하자마자 바닥에 놓인 젖은 걸.레에 1차 당황 화장실 들어가니 이전 숙박객의 오.줌 흔적이 그대로 남아있는 닦지 않은 변기에 멘붕 벽에는 모기시.체가 덕지덕지.. 모텔도 이것보단 깨끗할것같네요 11월인데 밤새 모기에 시달리고 잡은 모기만 세마리였습니다 게다가 밤새 웅웅거리는 소리때문에 시끄럽고 신경쓰여서 제대로 잘수도 없었습니다 충주에서 제일 좋은 호텔이라고 들었는데 너무 실망스럽네요

静かなホテル

枕が非常に臭く、ベッドが異常に固いです。 2日目に枕はカバーを変えてもらいましたが、まだ臭かったので、タオルを敷いて寝ました。 また、バスタオルはなぜか2名利用でも1枚が普通と言われましたが、希望枚数言えば足してくれます。 (所々シミがあったりもしますが、、💦) ホテル自体が古いので、小汚いですが、周囲環境は静かで良いです。

충주 지역에 호텔이 많지는 않은 것 같아서 나름 고민하다가 선택한 호텔이었습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮은 편이었는데, 냉장고 청결 상태는 매우 실망했습니다. 냉장고에 곰팡이 껴 있었습니다. 청소에 신경 써 주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

충주의 고풍한 느낌의 호텔입니다. 호텔창문넘어로 강과 자연이보입니다. 그리고 호텔근처에는 신시가지로 개발되는 과정이라 깨끗하고 도시적인 음식점들이 가까이 있습니다. 주차도,음식도 불편함 없이 잘 숙박했습니다. 호텔도 깨끗했습니다.

퇴실 전 오전 7:50에 청소하겠다고 무단으로 들어오는 호텔

출장으로 숙박하였습니다. 아침에 체크아웃 하지도 않았는데, 갑자기 문열고 들어오네요. 옷갈아 입고 있던 터라 매우 놀랐습니다. 체크아웃 시간대도 아니고 오전 7:50이었습니다. 리셉션은 이 상황 전혀 모르고 있었고요. 그리고 연식이 있는 호텔인 것은 알고 있었지만, 콘센트 사용하기가 불편하였습니다. 제가 노트북, 태블릿, 핸드폰 외 충전할 전자기기가 많은 편이긴 하나, 콘센트의 벽면에 설치된 콘센트는 화장대 아래의 냉장고나 헤어드라이어의 코드를 뽑아야 하고, 티비 아래 설치해 둔 멀티탭은 침대에서 엎드려 작업하지 않는 이상 충전기 선이 닿질 않았습니다. 그리고 현관문이외에 제대로 닫히는 문이 없었어요. 욕실문과 테라스 문은 제대로 안닫아지고, 옷장 문은 뻑뻑하여 열고 닫기가 힘들었습니다. 한 달에 서너 번은 출장으로 비즈니스 호텔에 숙박하지만 이렇게 후기를 남기는 것도 오랜만이네요. 시설 노후화는 청결 문제만 없다면 굳이 언급하지 않는데, 오전 7시 50분에 퇴실한 줄 알았다며 문 열고 들어온 일은 이해되지 않습니다. 안전 장치 안걸어놨으면 속옷 입은 채로 직원 분과 대면했을 것 같네요. 안전 장치가 걸려있음에도 불구하고 문 열려고 두어번 시도 하셨지요. 대수롭지 않은 분들도 있겠지만 출장이 잦고 여자 혼자 다니기 때문에 긴장하는 편이고 매우 불쾌하였습니다. 더욱이 리셉션 남자분의 대응도 대수롭지 않다는 듯 퇴실한 줄 알았나보다는 대답이 더욱 불쾌했고요. 아침부터 언쟁하기 싫어서 그냥 나왔습니다만 충주에 다시 출장 가더라도 가고 싶지 않은 호텔입니다. 어떠한 보상을 바란 게 아닙니다. 흔하디 흔한 속담, 말 한 마디에 천냥 빚 갚는다고,, 정중한 사과였으면 좋았을 것을요. 놀랐을텐데 죄송하다가 맞는 응대지 퇴실한 줄 알았나보다가 적절한 응대인지 생각해 보시길 바랍니다.
