"Good breakfast, thoughtful amenities!!"

"The hotel is in a good and central location. The room was very clean but a bit small and cramped. The Japanese style futons were comfortable, annd the room was very quiet. The onsen was super nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Small points to consider: 1. Restaurant has no western style breakfast. 2. Lobby is basically a hallway with no comfortable place to sit, have a drink, etc. "

"Breakfast needed a bit to be desired The restaurant is no where near big enough to cope with the number of people and the reservation system left long queues Also no orange juice on second day Dinner was fully booked by advance coach parties so went to a local Japanese restaurant 5 min walk away It was excellent and a lot cheaper than the hotel"
