"Just be aware that this is a shared property. Your booking is just for a room. The owner lives in the house, even though this isn't specified in the listing. This may be suitable for some travellers but it is something to be aware of. He was also gentle and understanding when we pointed that out. Anyway, we had to leave upon arrival because we were not comfortable sharing the accommodation with the proprietor. We contacted Expedia for refunds but we didn't get any refund."

"We stayed here to explore the Tafraout area. The rooms are chalet type around a central garden and pool. The hotel also offers camping. It was New Year's Eve while we were there and the owner organised celebrations in the restaurant. There was a great Berber band, music, dancing and refreshments. "Il y avait une odeur des égouts persistante dans la douche de la chambre. L’auteur était très forte à chaque douche, malgré l’intervention de l’hôtel, le premier jour. Au prix que nous avons payé on s’ attendait à une bouffe de meilleure qualité, même si globalement, c’était correct. La plage pourrait être mieux maintenue car il y a des excréments d’animaux. Il y a une meute de chien qui se promène le matin sur la plage. Même à 9h du matin, la plage est encore vite et nous étions inquiet voir la meute se diriger vers nous. Il y a trop de chats dans l’hôtel. La piscine est agréable et propre, il n’y a rien à dire. Il y a une piscine où l’on peut profiter d’une vue direct sur la plage tout en se baignant dans la piscine c’est ce que nous avons trouvé de plus agréable pendant notre séjour."

"Staff were very accommodating very lovely people went out of their way to help us with everything we asked for. Thank you very much to front desk Abdulkareem and Kadijah who helped to make us stay very special. Breakfast was good but busy at times occasionally difficult to find a table outside. outdoor pool was lovely, big never felt too crowded it has a children’s pool also. Evening meals were good about £26 for a buffet although you don’t get any drinks with that only water. Used the spa was really good. Had an excellent massage reasonable prices. Rooms were cleaned every day, although sometimes we had to ask for towels which came later on in the day. It is a little further out from some of the other hotels but easy to get a shuttle from the hotel into town or Agadir. not much in the town of Taghazout but went for a meal @ ZAZ very reasonable prices. There an excellent market/souk in Agadir which is about 30 minutes away depending on the time of day. You can always get Taxis from the hotel directly to where you’re going to go into town costs about 100 AED. My only difficulty was the steps to go down to the pool and bar area, there is a handle to hold onto But if you can’t do the steps there are no ramps to take you down if you had a wheelchair I don’t know if you could get to the pool & gardens couldn’t see where you could do that. People carried their buggies down the steps. Very calm & fairly quiet, Hotel. How a lovely day."

"It is our 2nd time at Amadil and it never disappoints us. It is probably the friendliest of all inclusive hotels that we have ever stayed in. Very good breakfast, there is always a different menu so we had a variety of grilled BBQ’s from lamb chops, fish, jumbo prawns, kebabs, chicken- never a repeat. Slides are the highlight of the stay, private beach is at the door step. Will book it in future again"
