"The staff are the star of the hotel. Samia at reception very helpful very friendly, she worked tirelessly to make our stay enjoyable, and Rizlane too. The nurse Salwa was caring about my son, when he was unwell. Sofiane the chef was very hospitable, he cooked special dishes for my unwell son. The room service and cleaners were cleaning the room every day, very professional. Achraf and entertainment team were amazing and full of fun, they kept us very engaged with lots of activities. "

"The entrance was lovely but as you go in rooms not that great Not fault of cleaner she was lovely and want out her way to help , but was over loaded with work To get rooms clean in time, also needed bit more activity around the hotel the entertainer tried his best both the cleaner and entertainer deserve 10/10 . "First time in Agadir and first time in Morocco. Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Sofitel. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The pool area is beautiful, and the hotel has its own beach area looking out onto the promenade with a sea view. The nearest shops and other restaurants are a bit or a walk but you don’t really need to leave the hotel. Souk El Had was a 50MAD taxi ride away. There was lots of options at the breakfast buffet- I’m missing the fresh bread! Would definitely stay again for a relaxing holiday."

"Stayed here for 4 nights after a 5-day stretch in Marrakech. For what you are paying, you get a lot of value. The hotel is a bit dated, but the room was big (large living room, functional kitchen with a large fridge, bedroom with two twin beds and a large enough bathroom that was clean), there were two pools (one shallow, one deeper), the location was very safe, and there were plenty of food options. If you're looking to save money, but still be close enough to rhe beach, then I definitely recommend staying here. "
