「I would not recommend staying at this hotel. My experience was very disappointing.
There were roaches in the dining area. While my wife, another couple, and I were eating, roaches were coming out of the table. When we told the staff, they said they already knew about the problem. I also found a dead roach in my bed, which was very upsetting. The dresser had a broken strap hanging off. The entry door to the bathroom door handle was on backwards. I had to put it on the right way.

「The sand castle in St. Croix is amazing. It only let me give five stars. If I could give 100 I would. Everyone was so kind and friendly. There were two beautiful pools and plenty of beach, chairs and umbrellas to go around. The beach was just stunning and is steps from the hotel. They provide snorkeling, equipment, kayaks, chair, covers, and beach towels at no charge. We stayed in the Secret Haven Villa which was perfect! The management even brought in a mattress pad when the bed was a little...
