"I booked the apartment room for one night. I was traveling by myself and had a long journey that day. Upon arrival, the host told me that there had been a 'mistake' and that she had given the room away to other guests. She showed me my booking that she had printed out with BIG BLACK BOLD letters across the top confirming the room my type. So I am unsure how such an 'error' may have occurred. "Self check in was not easy. No reception staff available. Room was clean, very basic, had to share a communal kitchen one floor above ours. Booked sea view, ours had huge buildings in front of our window with a little view of the water to the side if it! Very disappointed. Also had many steps from the car park to entrance, not good if you have big cases to carry!"

"Das Hotel ist gut zu erreichen. Das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist passend zum Stil des Hauses. Ein gutes Frühstück rundet den guten Eindruck ab. Deweiteren gibt es eine Sauna und einen Pool die man gut benutzen kann. Insgesamt gesehen kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Sollte ich wieder in der Gegend sein werde ich mit Sicherheit wieder dort übernachten. "

"The staff was incredibly helpful. I stayed in the newer part of the building and it was immaculate. The room was really comfortable. They were doing work on the front of the building, but it never interfered with my stay there. The dinners were good too in case you wanted to do dinner there. It’s a really charming place."
