Great hotel, but really warm in the summer

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. It's a really nice hotel with a good atmosphere. We stayed there in July, and even it was not a very warm summer day, the room was really warm, and with no aircon, it was not really good!

Had a good time. Room felt very spacious and modern. Welcomed the complimentary non-alcoholic drinks when I arrived. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would choose again and hopefully have enough time to also visit the wellness area.

Great hotel, we have been there multiple times. However this time service in restaurant failed a bit. Staff made multiple mistakes, however they solved them as well. Another change - room cleaning is every second day, not daily. Hotel claims it’s to be more environment friendly (maybe yes, maybe it’s an excuse). Overall - great hotel, but not sure we will come back again.

A must visit

On visiting friends in the neighbourhood we always stay the first night in Hotel Hafen! Excellent harbour location and stylish group of new and restored buildings - a treat!

The bathroom shower was not safe! The shower head was very high on a very high ceiling. Hence water went everywhere. But the worst was the fact that the shower floor was extremely slippery. Thankfully we did not fall!!!!

Solid place but very bad sleep..

Very friendly service and incredibly beautiful, clean rooms in a lovely location. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise at night from the hallway and the garage area — doors slamming and guests returning late made it difficult to sleep before midnight. Sadly, the lack of a good night's sleep overshadowed what was otherwise an excellent stay. The staff was kind and understanding when we mentioned the issue at checkout.

We have been, on 10-15 hotels. This is the best. Very nice rooms, very good breakfast, a nice bar, outside place to sit and do what you like, and have something to drink. There is free charging of electric car.

Great hotel but arrogant staff

Great beat idyl and central hotel but somewhat in personal when arriving. Professional yes, but not welcoming. Defineteky felt like a hotel, but not a Home away from Home due to aloof, business as usual treatment of staff up on arrival!

I can definitely recommend this really nice hotel. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We arrived an hour earlier and got check in without problems. The 2 double rooms were more spacious than expected with 2 comfortable chairs and coffee table. And there was even a little fridge for drinks! The bathroom was big ( we did get a handicap room) and very clean. The breakfast was delicious with a lots of variety of food to choose from. We ate at their Columbus restaurant and the food was also very delicious and in big portion. The bar staffs were very patient too, because we returned some cocktails which were too sour and they were happy to add more sugar with a smile. The reason I didn't give 5 stars to facilities was because the spa area didn't look inviting, there were 3 motionbikes cramped close together and no other equipments in sight. And on top of it all got told off from a massage therapist to keep the noise down when we were just checking out the facility! But otherwise it was a very positive experience.

Vi har været på hotellet flere gange, denne gang havde vi betalt mere for at få et bedre værelse med udsigt, Udsigten var ind i en stor væg, vi påtalte det i receptionen men det var det rigtige værelse sagde de. Så betal ikke ekstra for et bedre værelse pga udsigten. Bestil de almindelige de er super.
