「We liked arriving to a clean and cooling room . Amenities were good. ( A newer TV viewing system was not perfected as to use.) Management was helpful . Wife enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was excellent and well kept THANKS!!」

「First of all the property is in a very, very good location to enjoy everything at Branson. The problem that I had was with the foreign staff the American staff wanted to do things but the foreign staff I guess they were the owners and they were not trying to do anything for example we stayed in room 331 a nice room off the pool when we first got there. The toilet seat was broken. I called to the front desk. The lady immediately sent someone up to fix it. The air conditioner was not quite working...

「The breakfast was very good. The outdoor pool was very refreshing as hot as it has been in Missouri. I was surprised to find the water still cool enough to enjoy. The front desk staff and housekeepers were eager to please.」

「Rooms where nice a clean the ac definitely worked and the staff was amazing. The only thing I had a problem with was with was the people above us both nights wanted to be very loud and walk really hard or stomp until around 1-2 am.」

「This was our second time to stay here. The first time was great! This time, however, there were two concerns. 1) The floors were filthy dirty. Walking barefoot or in socks blackened the bottom of our feet. This was not just in our room. We had family staying in two other rooms...all of them made your feet black. The floors are vinyl. I am wondering if they ever get mopped clean or does housekeeping simply sweep. I saw an electric broom on a housekeeping cart, but no mop. 2) Our TV did not...

「For an older hotel this property was nice. Staff was great, Hot breakfast. Clean pool. The only maintenance item was a constant drip from the tub faucet, fixed by closing the bathroom door while sleeping.」

「This was our first time to checked in at the 3 star hotel with my wife. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. First: the floor has so much dirt as we walked barefoot. My wife need to wiped the floor with wet towel. Towel turns black! I get that we checked in at the 3 star hotel but cleanliness must be the priority of every hotels. You're cleaning staffs on duty is terrible. Please do Check your employees if they are really doing their job that they supposed to. Satisfaction of every...
