「The room was not clean. There was a stain on the bedspread. Outside on the balcony, the armchair was torn and there was no cover for it, so I couldn’t sit on it. The chairs outside were also very dirty, and there was a terrible smell on the balcony. The table outside was broken. Inside, there was also a problem with the toilet—every time I used it and came out, water would be left all over the floor.」

「The property was clean at all times. All staff were very helpful and friendly. They were getting the pool ready for the summer so some construction was going on. Location is amazing. My all time favorite stay while in lebanon」
