「Very friendly member of staff on reception. Went out of way to help. Professional but approachable. Pool area lovely. Junior suite family of four perfect as a stop over on our journey. Air con. 「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided.
