Eine Bruchbude! Sie waren überrascht über meine Ankunft und hatten keine Ahnung von meiner Reservation und schon gar nicht von der Vorauszahlung. Völlig unvorbereitet! Es waren Unterhaltsarbeiten im Gange. Mir wurde gesagt, ich solle in einer anderen Lodge übernachten. @hotels.com - Ich bitte um Rückerstattung!
