「Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. 「Clean comfortable room with individually operated heater and useful kitchen area. (Microwave , fridge/freezer, kettle). Comfy bed and quiet at night. Nice shower room with towels provided and the added touch of tea, coffee etc and hand soap and shower gel in bathroom. TV always a plus. Overall clean and comfortable and very close to town centre. 」
