The desk staff was very helpful in providing an early check in which was most appreciated!

I stay here about once a year when visiting family in the area, it has been about 6 times now and except for one horrific experience (with an inept desk clerk) last here I have been well pleased.

We stayed here for the eclipse and couldn't have been more pleased. The hotel was clean, the staff was kind and efficient, and there was plenty of parking available.

So clean and everyone was beyond friendly! Would stay here again for sure

Our room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We did not get a true suite, but it was roomy enough and the curtain between the couch and beds helped the kids get to sleep while I stayed up a little longer. My kids were also thrilled with the pool. The hotel provided an awesome breakfast with plenty of options, including waffles, oatmeal, and warm breakfast sandwiches. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing special about the location, but at least it was convenient to the...

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was above average. Location of the hotel is great, near highway and lots of nearby eating establishments. I have stayed here several times and it has been consistently good.

Last minute reservation for my parents, actually, and we were very impressed. The hotel staff, Alex, was very friendly and made us welcome from the start. Very clean room. The pool was also nice and the hot tub was perfect. We would recommend to anyone and would reserve again.

This was an excellent place to stay! My wife and I drove down from Cleveland to do some antiquing before New Years Eve and it is in a perfect location. This historical home is very well maintained and the attention to detail is fantastic. The bed was amazing and slept better here than we did at home! Ron, the owner, was a pleasure to have conversations with throughout our stay. He truly is a genuine man and could not have asked for a better stay. Will plan to stay again in the summer. Thank you...

Parking is tight.

Was in town for an event. Myself and 16 of my team members were pleased with the accommodations. Also Pam and the evening front desk clerk were awesome!

In town for a musical at the John Legend Theatre. Convenient to all the places we needed to be. Nice property and good value.

Overall the stay was good. One reason I can't say great is because it is under going remodeling which is a good thing. Our rooms didn't seem to be updated yet. We had one suite and one standard room. We stayed for 4 nights and the beds were never made up in the room with the suites. I wasn't staying in that room. I wasn't told from the family members that were staying in that room that the beds were not being made up daily until the last night. I did not address it with the hotel. I am...

clean room, friendly service, great breakfast and lots of places to eat in the area

Great

We have stayed here before and always get great service and was nice to have the hot breakfast again.

It was a wonderful stay, and the neighborhood around offered great cappuccinos wish there were assigned parking for guests, as it was hard to park with meetings going on, but otherwise thumbs up all the way

Plenty of restaurants nearby

This hotel featured a clean, comfy, quiet room with very friendly and helpful staff. Applebees and Perkins restaurants nearby had great food. Short drive into Columbus for a concert.
