"Charged for a massage I didn’t get. Claimed I was late but the masseuse acted like she didn’t have the appointment and lied. No cleaning room service. No English speaking. Stole my body spray. Front desk was extremely rude. Dining staff seemed irritated. "

The food was mediocre at best. The property was empty- I was the only guest there. The property is outdated and needs to be updated immediately. It was not well maintained; lots of dust and cob webs in my room. I was very disappointed because I paid for a luxury experience and the only luxury was the ocean; which was free. "
