Hey! Don't just close this case so carelessly. Yes I added another person and agreed to pay the extra, that is the total amount that I'm supposed to be charged and paid at the hotel 70,392 yen, this is for 2 pax for the nights we stayed. HOWEVER, Expedia additionally charged me the original cost for 1 pax for the nights stayed which means I payed to both expedia and Baien hotel. You go work it out with the hotel who should have charged what, but I can confirm to you that the total cost should not be both 70392 yen plus the SGD 534 expedia charged. It is VIVIDLY clear in the hotel receipt I previously attached that the 70392 is the TOTAL cost for 2 pax for the nights stayed, and that should be all I'm paying. I demand an ANSWER!!! this is ridiculously careless and long dragged out and dismissive without proper understanding.
