"The room was clean and had a lot of space to move around for a deluxe king room. The water pressure was optimal and bathroom was clean all over. The doormen are very welcoming and helps you with your floor number on the elevator all the time. Receptionists were friendly as well and check in process was a breeze. "

"For a nice clean room with a beautiful walk through Gastown on way to Canada Place ... You can't beat Block House. Bare bones room, no clock, no phone but that's the charm. The exposed materials (brick, wood, steel, pipes) are also super charming and a big warm bed. Noise was minimal but I used ear plugs just in case. I walked through the neighbourhood several times at various hours, I never felt unsafe."
