"A nice spacious, modern room, a short walk from the station, 15 minutes walk to the main centre/grote market (tip, buy a pass for minutes with Bolt for an escooter, it can be ridden on the road to the right of the property, taking you straight to the centre, and you can use it to explore further away places like MAS, Zuid etc). Friendly staff, the free coffee, nice terrace in the bar and the €5 voucher for not having the room cleaned was a nice touch. I had to fix the shower seal to stop the water from leaking onto the floor, and I felt the A/C wasnt working as well as I hoped. Would stay here again in Antwerp"

"Make sure if you book this hotel that breakfast is included - otherwise breakfast is very expensive. I just assumed my booking of a nice European hotel would include breakfast by default - but no!"

"Better than expected. The exterior of the hotel looks rather austere and the neighbourhood is quite plain, however once inside it is all fine, even if the décor is a little quirky. Our particular room was a little smaller than we had anticipated. Dinner and breakfast were good."

"Great no frills hotel. Very central. Clean big functional room with comfortable bed. Only issue was luggage storage which did not feel particularly secure - check in machine gives you key to luggage room where you can leave your bags, but it is entirely unmonitored. Otherwise highly recommended."

"Room was very big and clean with great storage space. Beds was comfy but pull out vet was awful. Stayed 4 nights, asked for housekeeping and was told they couldn’t. So we had it scheduled for the day before we left and they showed up at like 4:30 PM to do it after we had been gone all day. Asked front desk 5 times for different items, towels, remove trash, etc and not once did they do any of it. I used the message app to talk to them and the never even replied. Worst service I’ve ever had a hotel and it’s a shame because it’s a great room and location."

"The Radisson Hotel Antwerp Berchem is a comfortable, clean, standard chain hotel to stay in. The food was good in the restaurant and the staff was very helpful. What stands out about this hotel is how terrible and difficult it was to park there. The parking garage is fine, but there are many businesses using it. The Radisson signage is small and the print on it so small that it was difficult to read. What signage there was disappeared after a few turns and we were left wandering around in the garage looking for the entrance to the hotel. The Lidl supermarket in the same garage had fine signage, perhaps the Radisson people should copy what they are doing. We ran into another man in the garage who said he had spent half an hour looking for the entrance to the hotel. We would not stay here again because of the parking."
