"The property was great! Stayed in Medici suite. Had a wonderful bar/screen room area. The only downside was that they were experiencing a mosquito issue in the master bedroom/bath suite. This caused an uncomfortable sleep stay. To their credit they offered a credit to buy plug-ins and spray, and stopped by to try and resolve the issue. However, this only resulted in dead mosquitos all over the floor…note too that master bed faces street so you hear everything pass your window all night long....

"A very comfortable stay in great location. The room was spacious and clean, a comfortable large bed and a great shower. Breakfast gave an excellent choice but the hot counter food was left to lose its heat, so it was on the cold side when eaten. The relaxing spa wasn’t, there was no monitoring to keep it relaxing. Screaming children leaping in the pool and couples straddling each other in the jacuzzi rather spoilt the ambience. Sauna was a great temperature though."

"Once you understand the lobby is actually on the top floor for a reason (great view and upper patio all attached to the lobby and bar) it makes sense. Entrance to the hotel is by buzzer. Once I saw a strange woman buzzed in to simply use the lobby washroom… it was 5:45am so she was out all night which didn’t give the impression of much safety. "
