"For the price it was ok. We were there for a wedding, and none of the rooms had a hair dryer, which was very inconvenient. The kitchen had adequate supplies for a short stay. The beds were comfortable enough. The bathroom vanity was terrible shape, with broken tiles with mold and the cabinet looking like it had been in a flood. The breakfast buffet was decent. The pool was nice."

"The resort is beautiful, the service was outstanding, the FOOD and DRINKS were amazing, every meal was excellent. If you plan to stay at the resort all day the all inclusive is a must. My only complaint was the restrictions on how to use your resort credits, it was impossible to use, so call the resort and ask because Expedia doesn’t give you that information "

"This was our third visit and we LOVED our stay. We were in Saturno room and the bed was super comfortable and the room was immaculate. The staff is amazing. We enjoyed pool drinks and a delicious dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast was fantastic AND included in the stay. We will be back!"

"Overall, we had a good experience at the hotel. The quality of the food and restaurants was truly excellent, and we were very satisfied with that aspect. However, the issue we faced was that the hotel has a newer 5-star building and an older 4-star section. We booked our stay under the impression that it was a 5-star hotel, but the room we were given was in the older section, and we were not informed about this difference. We only realized this when our friends arrived one day later and were assigned rooms in the newer building with much better amenities, even though we had all paid the same price. This was quite disappointing for us."
