"We had a delightful stay at The Restoration. It was certainly restorative! We met two exceptional staff members during our stay. One was the head of housekeeping. I kept seeing them all around the hotel. They were extremely friendly and responsive. I had one request for a few extra hangers, which was fulfilled almost immediately. Then we saw each other at the social hour in The Watch and then met up again the next morning getting coffee at The Rise. I'm so sorry I don't recall their name, but they were so welcoming and genuinely warm and friendly. Their visibility in different areas of the hotel and interest in chatting with guests let me know they were hands-on and invested in the quality of the housekeeping services, which were excellent. The other staff member was (I think) Caitlin (??). She was manning the bar during another social hour and we got to chatting a bit. She was delightful, warm, and gracious as well! Her generosity is greatly appreciated. I would also like to note that the valets were terrific. The weather was pretty lousy during our visit and they were clearly busy, but they were consistently super helpful, kind, and efficient throughout our stay."
