Mala, el personal muy despota y sin ningún interés e intensión de solución de problemas, para empezar pedir de favor si podían envíame me factura al hacer mi check Inn… me dijeron que era imposible, que su sistema lo hace automáticamente durante la madrugada al hacerles revisión o algo así, tuve que llamar otra vez a primera hora (7:30am) y me dijeron que para que me la mandarán debía entregar la habitación; después realice un consumo (desayuno) y solicite factura… no me llegó, les llame otra vez como a las 12, me dijeron que las haces hasta un horario pero me la mandarían en 5 minutos… hoy después de 36 hrs sigo esperando mi factura o tendré que volver a llamar con todo y les apunté los datos Gtes veces

Best place to stay in Chilpancingo by far!
It was an amazing stay, the place it very centrally located. The staff is super attentive and friendly. The breakfast and dinner we delicious and of great value as well as the wait staff.
This is honestly the BEST experience to this day on all the hotels I've booked on Hotels.com.

El hotel excepcionalmente limpio y muy confortable. Pero nos tocó trabajar en los salones y la política es no encender el aire acondicionado hasta que comience el evento y la verdad es muy desgastante trabajar con el calor y la humedad. Por otro lado, antes de finalizar el evento también apagaron el aire acondicionado, lo cual es muy frustrante.
