Once checked in this hotel was fine. Staff seemed more concerned focused on checking us in with machines than greeting their guests.

The room is largest among most APA hotels across Japan. Most importantly, the heat can be adjusted even completely turn off. unfortunately, the bathroom water supply was cut off in the morning due to Hotel’s technical issue, which had not been resolved during my stay.

It was clean. The staff was very nice, they spoke English. There were several on-site parking spaces, these were all very positive. However, the beds were very hard, just a plat of wood, and a very thin mattress, even my children had a difficult time sleeping on them. I have slept on many beds in Japan, and these were the most uncomfortable that I have slept on in four years. I would definitely recommend bringing your own pad or mattress to this location. The other other guests were also quite loud, though that is not the fault of this hotel, but the walls and doors were very thin so you could hear everything going on in the hallway, including being woken up to hairdryers.
