They pick up from the koumi line and drop you off at the cabin of your booking, which range from ones with outdoor tub(6 ft ish) to ones with a kitchen. "My husband and I stayed at the Richmond hotel for two nights. It’s in a great location, and the rooms were reasonably priced and clean. The staff were really kind, and helped organise luggage forwarding to our next hotel. Our only bugbear was that we could hear other people on the floor - they were pretty loud. It would be great to have had a little more sound proofing. "
