There was a stain on the tatami floor. It also seems to be the season when small insects or cockroaches appear. Despite staying on a high floor with no windows open, I noticed these bugs in the common areas. It would be good if the staff could address this issue rather than letting them roam freely in those spaces.

Pros: Its clean, nice staffs, great service and good location.
Cons :The room is super tiny and there is only one elevator, no stairs.
You have to wait for elevator while when its busy time.

Gorgeous property. Communication could be better pre-arrival… slow to respond. But post-arrival, the reception and service was impeccable. A special place for sure!

Excellent location, right next to JR station. Parking is very close to main entrance on top of the parking lot, great parking arrangements.
