「The room needs a lot of maintenance. The door is swollen and almost impossible to open, close and lock. The one window needs to be replaced. The lamp light had to be replaced, as well as the TV. The amenities in the bathroom were extremely sparse. There were no facial tissues. The patio was full of weeds. Breakfast was the best meal. All the staff were very nice and provided excellent service」

「I stayed for one night while visiting my daughter at Chichester University and had hoped to find a hotel I could use regularly, but I will not be returning. The website says parking is available, but the hotel car park was difficult to find, extremely small and full. After a 2½-hour drive, I had to navigate a very busy town centre to find alternative parking, all of which was chargeable. The limited parking needs to be explained much more clearly before booking. 「Located in the historic centre of Chichester, the location is hard to beat. The staff were friendly and helpful. The check-in desk is in the pub, which has a limited evening menu, but there are plenty of eateries within short-walking distance. 「This is a great place to stay. Staff couldn't be more helpful.」

「Great location to explore town. Staff were most welcoming. Cosy, clean, double room (some road noise/light from window). Fantastic cooked breakfast with proper barista coffee. Would stay again.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Saddlers :). Milky is a wonderfully attentive host. Attended to our every need & was very knowledgeable about local restaurants and places of interest too. We had a very relaxing stay.」

「Staff extremely pleasant and helpful - food and amenities were really good」

「I stayed 4 nights and my room was not serviced properly. I had to get them to make my bed after I retuned daily. I cannot understand why this was not done. I did not go on a bus mans holiday to make beds I do that at home. The food was very good at breakfast. My room was well used. Toilet seat would not stay up and blind needed replacing. I was in room 2.」

「Very friendly welcome. A very comfortable stay. Thank you」
