Viceroy Chicago
Great hotel. Updated, clean, nice. I had 4 bags and when I arrived, no one offered to help me with them, offer me a trolly to take them to my room, etc. When I checked out, a nice bell man named Mark offered to help me, he was great.

Congress Plaza Hotel
It’s an old hotel. It needs a quality paint job and new carpets in the hallways among many other things. But the lake view rooms makes up for a lot of what’s missing.
