Best hotel stay I've had in Chicago in many years. My 20th floor suite was spectacular and truly a home away from home. The Wifi was perfect and easy to access making the room and lobby ideal places to work remotely. I also loved the bath products which provide a spa element to my stay.

Congress Plaza Hotel
We stayed here during the winter. No hot water / broken hair dryer / did not have basic extras available. Blankets and pillows, rude manager. Cold rooms.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown River North
Overall, the hotel itself was good. The housekeeping staff was not responsive, and did not replenish items even after requesting three times in 24 hours. Very frustrating at this level of hotel.
