Gréât location. Gréât amenities for families. Loved having a full fridge and laundry. No replies to questions via suggested app, however, so zero support/contact with a no-staff hotel, so that was the only disappointment. Fabulous stay otherwise.

Location for being downtown is great. The place itself felt and appeared cheap, including cabinets crooked, bed sheets that felt like paper, no soap by certain sinks, curtains that let in a lot of light in the morning. The place also isn’t very well insulated for sound, luckily our neighbors above weren’t too noisy but given there is nobody on premise to help with anything if there was a situation like that you’d probably be out of luck.

Hi, it was very nice. Great service. It was a bit loud and really hot in the rooms. It was a little bit of a walk, and the parking was a little ways but overall it was very nice and we would definitely stay there again for our size group. Thank you!

The space was perfect size for the group that visited. We spent most of our time out of the room and mainly used it as a place to sleep. The air units in the bedrooms off of the living room/kitchen would only heat and not cool so it was very warm in those two rooms.

Property lacks attention and has had low quality care- potential environmental issues. Upon arrival to room greeted with stench which was finally isolated to stagnant dishwasher area. Running a cycle with soap seemed to clear the issue. There was extensive water damage to most of bathroom ceiling and hallway, and it looks like a repaint was attempted. But yellowing and molding from redamage is coming back though. We were somewhat concerned about airborne mold but my fiancé decided against relocating. The bed didnt sit right and further inspection revealed that a leg had broken off and someone attempted to replace it with a stack of pieces of plywood. The bedrooms were much smaller than how they appeared in photos, so much so that you cant actually close the door without moving the bed, which would have knocked it off the jenga stack. Other than that, it was fine

Pictures of this location are VERY manipulating. This building is very outdated and need lots of foundation work just to close the doors in the rooms. Security guard served of no purpose as the trouble kids stayed outside smoking weed and yelling at eachother. Customer service was good but staff at location was horrible

Very helpful staff. Clean apartment in a good location. Walking distance to everything. Inside the apartment is simply too COLD. The heating system didn't work well. It's at best 55 degree in the living area and the two rooms with windows are definitely below 50 degree inside. It shall be fixed.

Absolutely love Sonder however at the Plymouth, it is across the street from a federal prison. We received drug and sexual solicitations often. Very scary neighborhood

I think the rooftop was nice but the fire pit didn’t work. The room itself was a nice set up but FILTY ! Floors dusty and dirty. The bathroom wall near the shower looked like it was falling apart. There were bugs crawling around the bathroom floor like maybe cracks from the walls. The sheets and comforters had stains. I washed then upon arrival. The windows are not sound proof. There were people hanging out outside the building smoking weed until 3 in the morning so I was able to smell the smoke inside the room and hear them ALL night every night! They should get security to stand there because apparently it’s a hand out. I would not suggest booking this place

Ok for a family
this was suppose to be a real 4 bedrooms units, which was not, 2 of the bedrooms very small, all the beds was full beds instead of queen beds and dining living area, too small only 4 chairs not enough space to move inside. Shower was awesome, everything looks like renew but the adverting is not correct saying 4 bedrooms when really 2 of them don't have space and privacy.

Location is convenient. It’s next to the train and bus stops. Upon checking in, the rooms were slightly underwhelming. Walls were dirty, floors seemed sticky and overall cleanliness was poor. There is no staff on site and everything is via app which is interesting. The sonder app is okay, and communication through the app text worked well. I would recommend if you are on a budget and do not mind cleanliness…

New Year's Eve with Family
This was a great 4 bedroom apartment find for Chicago over New Year's Eve. Location was near all the things we had lined up for our get together. All 8 were family coming from 2 states. Kitchen/living area lacked seating for 8, but children did not mind sitting on the floor. The rooftop patio would be ideal had the weather not turned south. Nice to have a ping pong table in the inside room on the rooftop, but the paddles need upgrading. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were good sized. Shower water hard to keep one temperature. Nice to have a storage room to keep luggage in before check-in time. We had a wonderful time in your apartment!!

Very cosy, modern and spacious apartment in central downtown. The team addressed our concerns in a very professional manner. The building has a bicycle dock right in the front and parking lot is across the street. However, the parking lot rates are expensive.

The whole process from booking to check-out was extremely smooth. The place was as-advertised, in great condition, clean, and had things like shampoo, soap, etc. provided. I had requested early check-in, which was granted after a few hours. It was a little bit annoying to have to register through the Sonder website separately after booking on Expedia, but I can live with that minor inconvenience.
