Narita Tobu Hotel Airport
This hotel was ok at best. The pool didn't open until 2 pm, it's not close to anything other than the airport. The rooms are hot as can be and the breakfast buffet was decent. Unless you have an early flight and want to be near the airport, I would skip staying here.

Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay
Good location. 5 minutes to shopping mall. No drinking water provided in room. Welcome centre provides free candies, ice cream puff, bobbing wine and tap beer. Great shower area with tub.
