"The room was spacious and clean. The welcome bar was interesting and more geared towards kids with lots of candy options, and cotton candy. So we just made a few pancakes and enjoyed some beverages. They have two really nice restaurants which were a bit pricy but looked like a huge selection of buffet style food. I dont eat meat so it wasnt worth the price for me, as most of the non-meat items were donuts, breads and a salad. The shuttle to Disney was very convenient. I originally thought we would take the train but the shuttle was direct and drops you off right near the Disney park security entrance and has a good schedule so we took the hotel shuttle to and from the parks daily. I would stay again. "

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location, price, and proximity to Tokyo Disney are unbeatable. The room was cleaned by staff to excellent condition but the window of our room was poorly maintained. There was mold growing under the window sealant. The sealant should be replaced. The sealant was also broken in some areas, leading to moisture buildup into the room. My wife was feeling sick every morning because of the musty condition. The moisture issue needs to be fixed."

"Friendly staffs, greetings us every time, free drinks with varieties tea- bags to make you own. The hotel location right across from subway station. City bus also available to some major cities."

"The hotel is a new building so everything is still pristine. The rooms can get a little drafty during windy days, as the main center of the building is open air. When it rained you could see the rain land on the railings. The staff was attentive and helpful, even with me being a foreigner. If I have the opportunity to stay at this hotel again, I definitely will! "
