Chiang Mai Night Safari Tours

This hotel is excellent. Great value, charming Thai style, rooms are spacious, great walkable location, and hotel staff is very accommodating and helpful. We had to move rooms because of loud and late music next door and they accommodated immediately without hesitation. Second room was even nicer than the first. Lots of stairs in the hotel but adds to the old charm. It wasn’t the hotels front staff fault, but the driver organized for the airport did not show up on time so we took a grab instead. It was 4am and the Airport is very close so not a big deal but if driver is unreliable the hotel should not use him or her for their guests. Overall would recommend staying here and would be back again.

Very nice hotel for family with kid with small playground area and activities for kids to do during the day. Staff are very friendly and polite. They‘ve also have complimentary airport transfer for drop off at the airport. Very convenient.
