"Shuttle bus was helpful. Outdoor play area was good for the children. Unpleasant smell on arrival at the reception area of the hotel. Definite wear and tear and a bit of TLC needed. Cleanliness was not good enough. Cobwebs all around the ceiling where it met the wall. Cutlery at breakfast was often dirty. Even when asked staff to clean table, didn't move any items on table and did a half hearted job. My daughter couldn't sleep the first night because she kept getting bitten. She was originally trying to sleep in the additional bedroom with bunk beds but had to come into the main room. For me, it did not represent value for money. We have stayed in cheaper 5* hotels that were far more luxurious. You basically pay for the proximity to Disneyland- this gives premium prices for a less than average quality. Breakfast was limited. My daughter's barely ate. The changing rooms for the swimming pool were closed. We were told a towel would be provided. We were given a tiny hand towel which didn't fully fit around an adult body, having to get from the pool back to our room with very little coverage."

"Clean and large room in a good location. Hotel facilities are fantastic. All of the staff were wonderful, polite, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend "

"The room was very basic and tired. Cracked floor in places too which was a bit dangerous for the children. It was clean though and beds were comfortable. The rest of the resort was good and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the buffet."

"For our first time abroad, the staff made us feel welcomed. The morning buffet for breakfast is a great start to the day. If staying here for Disney, only recommendation is to not use shuttles at peak times."
