Very nice and helpful staff. The conditions of the hotel are not updated, sheets and towels are not in the best conditions. We did not used the pool but we noticed someone cleans it. It is far from downtown but the staff can get taxis.

Amainah Bacalar Hotel Boutique - Adults Only
Great place, quiet and small boutique feel. They have free kayaks for you to go out into the water to play. The restaurant is convenient and good. Staff is amazing and friendly. I would come back.

Such a cute hotel, less than 20 rooms and the grounds were beautiful and maintained. The room was great, A/C worked great and you can’t beat being right on the lagoon. Staff was friendly.
