「Upon check in the gentleman at the desk was not very pleasant. I had reserved 2 rooms and he stated it was only one and I showed him the expedia reservation and told me I had to contact expedia. I am grateful they did have a room available. Property was clean and well maintained. That was the only issue I had.」

「They just renovated the breakfast area, but the rooms were in need of complete renovation. The furniture was old, and the bedding needed replaced. Carpets in hallways were stained. Not up to standards of some Quality Inns. Staff was friendly and worked with what they had.」

「When I arrived at 6 PM, the staff was busy, but I got in within a reasonable amount of time and they checked me in. The room is beautiful, and I love the decor. The bed slept really well and having a high-tech shower was great. Everything was so spacious and well laid out. Free drinks were helpful too and I was able to relax for two glorious, blissful nights. Their breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve had and I’ve never had scrambled eggs so good either. 「Well the restaurant is attached to the university and the restaurant to the culinary school but school was out so not a soul there and know amenities. I will say we will go back because i think they have a really cool concept. I want to go back when school is in session. They were super nice」

「The room and hotel were nice, but was given the wrong room keys and check in link. Trying to get a hold of someone to fix the issue was painful. Maintenance was the only person helpful and willing to make contact outside of texting in the app. The positive rating are for him.」
