「DO NOT GO TO THE COVERED BRIDGE INN! The person at the entrance was not friendly at all. When we entered the hallway to go up to the second floor, the carpet was covered in chips and was really dirty. The bed sheets in the room were dirty, with several hairs at the foot of the bed. There was an insect on the carpet. The bathroom counter had not been cleaned, there was a hair on the toilet seat, and the bath towels looked yellowed and poorly folded, among other issues. We had paid through...

「Everything was even better than I expected — the room, the surroundings, and the views were all wonderful. The sauna was absolutely stunning, with beautiful design and an amazing view. I especially loved the view from the room, as well as the thoughtful touches like the card games and books provided in the room. The nearby river trails were also a great way to relax, clear my mind, and enjoy nature. The only minor downsides were that there wasn’t always someone available to help immediately if...

「It was without question the dirtiest, most inconvenient place we have stayed in the New England states. From the unfriendly front desk clerk to the filthy elevator right on up to our room. If you like 1930 style bathrooms this is for you. Not one plug in in the bathroom, a tub/shower that I would not wash a dog in. The window leaked air as if it was open. The radiator heater was not able to be used as the valve would not turn to control the temperature. We would not take our socks off for fear...

「The Black Mountain Inn has seen some decades...but it is well kept up with kindly staff. --Immediately off the I-91 exit, on the main road into Brattlelboro with fast food and cafes nearby. --Room as described and parking available next to it --Marvelous motel cat is part of the welcome committee --Maps and brochures as well as knowledgeable staff --Negative? The "breakfast" is actually coffee, various snack bars and pkg'd baked goods and yogurt. So, if you really need breakfast, you'll have...
