The coffee counter was not open for convience late morning. Counter clerk at check in had a bit of an attitude when i expressed my displeasure that the pool was out of service. She told me we can leave.. And after a bit of a pause let me know i wouldnt be refuvded tho of my $1,000 for 3 nights.

A gem in Keene, NH.

Check in and check out we’re a breeze. The staff were friendly and the accommodations were comfortable and quiet. The hotel is close to all and has ample parking. The hotel added to our great time in Keene.

Super disappointed, drove 3 hours to this hotel only to find out it’s the only one in the area with a pool that’s shut down. We chose this hotel for the pool with our 3 kids, very very disappointed and wish they would have communicated to us sooner that this amenity was not working.
