"The lodge is a beautiful property. The people all seemed very friendly and helpful. We had a couple of issues. Our room was apparently directly below the bar, and the noise of voices and furniture moving was so loud we could hardly talk together. I don't suppose there's anything to be done about it, and it did end by 11 pm, somewhat past the bedtime of old folks like us. The other problem is squeaky door hinges. The door of the room next door was so loud that even my mostly deaf husband asked...

"This was a couples getaway for my bf and I and was our very first visit to the cabins. Overall, we loved every minute! The only drawback is I wished we were able to choose our cabin location rather than it be randomly selected for us. Other than that, all was great! We will be back for a quiet and relaxing week in October! "
