The hotel and rooms are quite run down. That said, it is clean. Was very disappointed upon arrival to find out that all amenities were unavailable. The pool, hot tub and the gym were all under construction and unusable. This should have been disclosed when booking as we would not have stayed knowing ...

Staff was very helpful, check in was easy. The room was as described, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I would stay there again if I’m in Dunkirk.
