「Cute and clean place to stay ! 」

「Not very impressed with breakfast」

「This property was dirty and in complete disrepair. There are holes in walls and ceilings and in the tub in our room. The pool area is covered in mildew, mold, and rust. The breakfast bar had a broken juice machine with no other drink options to accommodate for the inconvenience. The room was very dirty. The carpet, curtains, walls and furniture were covered in stains. Outlets didn't work. Had to unplug the TV to use the microwave. The staff was nice but the hotel itself was horrible. 」

「The "suite" that was NOT a suite was a tiny, overpriced studio. It has zero seperation btw the living area & bed. just one small rectangle... Rude front desk!!!! Breakfast started closer to 7:30 than 7. Just death by a thousand paper cuts.」

「A/c worked, parking OK, room was "beat up," hole in door; not maintained...you get what you pay for」

「They were doing some remodeling and what they’ve done so far looks very nice! Room was nice and clean and the beds are super comfortable! We will stay here again!」

「Like almost all HIE hotels, everything was clean. It is an older property, but renovated; not quite as nice as other HIEs we’ve stayed at. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, I was billed at a higher rate than arranged through Expedia. When checking out, the desk clerk said she would credit the difference to my card. That didn’t happen.」

「Bed was good. Parking good. I was told there was a coffee pit in the room, there was not. No soap, except a shampoo/conditioner packet. I used to wash my hands. I got in late so it wasn’t worth the trouble to get what I wanted. I just left」
