They offer a discounted price at a nearby parking lot. However, be careful parking directly in front of the hotel to drop off any luggage. We asked the hotel staff at front desk if it was okay to park there for 2 minutes to check in and retrieve the discounted parking and they said it was alright, but we received a $115 parking fine within that time frame it took us to check in.

Everything, in general, was wonderful—the breakfast was exquisite. My regards go out to the entire staff, including all the Dominicans and other Latinos I met; the service at the bar was exquisite, and everyone was truly great. As for cleanliness, I give them 200% out of 100%. This was my first time in New York, and let me tell you: on my next visit, I will definitely return to this hotel—it is perfectly centrally located.

This hotel was amazing, I recommend to anyone wanting a nice hotel to stay at in the city. The staff was amazing and was close to many New York cities.

They position it as a resort-style luxury experience, but it is far from that. It is really just a basic standard hotel stay with small rooms. So the value just isn't there, especially when you're paying a nightly resort fee for a place that has little to no amenities and minimal service. Even if they give you the $20 day credit, it doesn't outweigh just staying somewhere else. It's not in a crowded area with service that just doesn't compare to what else is in the area for the exact same price. Then this hotel is just across the street. The only reason to stay here is to read the history on the walls, which you can do for free if you just come as a patron versus a guest of the hotel. If you want to say you stayed at the hard rock save that bucket list for Vegas. This isn’t even comparable.

I really enjoyed the cafe for breakfast. The coffee was delicious.
