Large room. Near shopping, restaurants and multiple 7-11's. The lady at the front desk is friendly helped me to get taxi service. My issue are with the description. There is no airport shuttle, noone at the desk speaks English, no manager reception and no restaurant servicevother than breakfast. Now some FYI..the hotel is pushed way back, sandwiched between 2 other hotels. There is more than one Brown Dot Hotel, so be specific about the address so you don't go to the wrong hotel like I did. Decent hotel. As long as you understand some features are not offered you are getting a good deal.

Huge room with amazing beach view.

Staff was courteous. View was really nice, but there were previous stains in the couch from who knows what that made me not want to sit there and the room was way too hot. It was always 29-31.5 degrees C in there and they said it couldn’t be changed so they offered a portable fan

The room is spacious, and the bathroom is also very large with a separate shower and toilet area, plus a bathtub. The double bed is very comfortable, and the pillows are just the right balance of soft and firm, allowing us to have a very good night’s sleep. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the subway and an underground shopping mall. Overall, we had a wonderful 4D3N stay at this hotel.
