I like Lavande, hotel standard is pretty nice, including breakfast is the plus. I will book Lavande hotel in China next time.

There was a real feeling that the staff are trying to make the hotel better for guest, it just didn’t quite hit the mark. The room we had was quite spacious for a family of 4 however the furniture placement in the room felt odd; for example the window seat was pushed up against the bed rather than where you’d expect it at the window. They provided a WeChat service which was great for communicating as I don’t speak Mandarin. A take away breakfast was provided on days we left very early which was really appreciated. The location of the hotel was good within walking distance to the Muslim Quarter and small wild pagoda. The front desk set up makes it feel like a hostel rather than a hotel. The floors where the rooms are felt like a hotel. There are also great laundry facilities offered free of charge. If you have cat allergies, probably best not to stay here as there is a cat enclosure in the lobby/breakfast area. Overall, I would stay here again.

The hotel was really nice and enjoyed the stay. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful especially the concierge. They arranged our train tickets even thought it was a hassle. We appreciated the room upgrade and would definitely stay at this hotel again

The location is 10min walk to Beidajie Station. A lot of food stores & shops nearby. Convenient to didi or grab a tricycle around

Our stay at the Gran Melia Xi'an was nothing short of perfection and exceeded all our expectations. The hotel staff is truly outstanding. At every turn, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and immensely helpful. We were always greeted with a smile, and they were prepared to accommodate every request, which elevated our entire vacation experience. Our room (a suite) was perfect – elegantly appointed, spacious, impeccably clean, and with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I would like to give a special mention to the hotel's Lounge. The food and beverage offerings were excellent, but what was particularly impressive was the staff in the lounge. They were so attentive, friendly, and discreet, making us feel truly valued. They are the true gem of this hotel. I highly recommend the Gran Melia to anyone seeking an authentic and luxurious experience in Xi'an. You will feel that your choice was the right one for the quality of service and comfort. We will definitely be returning.
