"Was put in a smoking room when my reservations says non-smoking I was able to capture the booking details called the owner the day after I realized that I was in the smoking room she argued and chewed me out and demanded that I booked the smoking room which I knew I hadn't so I was able to locate my reservation online and called the person that I booked the hotel through hot hotels and they've been giving me the runaround so if I don't get a full refund back I will be filing a small claims report I have asthma and bronchitis I have breathing machine and I have an asthma pump due to being around people that smoke and I have a serious asthma bronchitis issue and it's against the law for them to place you in a room especially when you didn't ask for a smoking room"

"The air conditioner in the room blue air, but it wasn’t cool. I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. I walked to the front desk and told the young men on staff and they had a very sarcastic. I don’t care attitude. At Continental breakfast in the morning I found it was very sparse and not what they advertised. Another person in there said their air-conditioning wasn’t working either while another said they were there because they saw waffles advertised on their continental breakfast. There were dry biscuits, but no gravy or jam. The coffee was cold and you could choose dry cereal, or oatmeal. I didn’t try the milk."

"The room was very dusty, stains on the curtains and grime on the walls and caked on nastiness on the light switches. There was not a comforter on the bed, just thin worn out blanket between 2 sheets. When i asked for a comforter or thicker blanket the lady at the front desk said the 2 sheets and blanket equals the thickness of a comforter. She refused to give me another blanket. "
